A2:We provide worldwide international shipping, prioritizing secure carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to avoid damage. No domestic shipping is available now. Specific shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

Q3: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

A3: You can cancel/modify your order only if it has not been shipped. For custom orders that have entered the production stage, cancellation is subject to our cancellation policy, and non-refundable deposits may apply.

If you need to remove certain elements from the reference photo (such as irrelevant objects or people), please note this in your order requirements, and our artists will exclude them during the creation process.

Q8: Can I request special requirements regarding the style of my painting, such as a black and white portrait?

Please clearly state your special style requirements (such as realistic, impressionist, watercolor style, etc.) when placing the order, and we will arrange an artist who is proficient in that style to create your portrait painting. If you want a black and white portrait painting, simply specify this black and white style requirement when placing the order, and our artists will create it accordingly.
