1. Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom hand-painted oil paintings (except for cases of damage, defect, or wrong delivery).
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions: - For non-custom items (e.g., standard frames): In the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. - For custom hand-painted oil paintings: Only eligible for return if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the confirmed sketch (after 2 rounds of free adjustments). The painting must be returned in its original packaging to avoid secondary damage; tags are not required (as custom paintings have no standard tags).

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72 hours) if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item. For custom hand-painted oil paintings, please provide clear photos/videos of the damage, defect, or wrong item, along with the order number. We will evaluate the issue promptly and provide a solution: - Option 1: Full refund (including shipping fees, if applicable) - Option 2: Free re-painting (we will confirm the sketch again before re-production) - Option 3: Partial refund (if you wish to keep the item with minor defects)

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: - Custom hand-painted oil paintings (except for the damage/defect/wrong delivery cases mentioned above), as they are personalized according to your specific requirements and cannot be resold. - Sale items and gift cards (if applicable). - Frames that have been installed or used (non-custom frames must be in original packaging and unused to be eligible for return).

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item (per the return policy above) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For custom hand-painted oil paintings, exchanges are only available for cases of damage, defect, or wrong delivery (we will re-paint the correct custom piece instead of a direct exchange).

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. However, this right does not apply to custom hand-painted oil paintings, as they are personalized and made specifically for your requirements (in line with EU consumer protection regulations). For non-custom items (e.g., standard frames), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. - If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. - For custom hand-painted oil paintings: If the refund is due to damage, defect, or wrong delivery, the full amount (including any deposit paid) will be refunded. If you cancel the order before the sketch is confirmed, the 20% deposit will be fully refunded; if you cancel after the sketch is confirmed, the 20% deposit is non-refundable (as we have already invested in the design and preparation process). - If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at cgyoqz@icloud.com.
