Q1: How long does it take to receive a custom hand-painted oil painting?

A1: The total time includes production and shipping. Production takes 7-15 business days (depending on size, complexity and style), and international shipping takes 5-7 business days. Both are estimates and may be delayed due to customs or weather.

Q2: What shipping methods do you offer?

A2:We provide worldwide international shipping, prioritizing secure carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to avoid damage. No domestic shipping is available now. Specific shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

Q3: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

A3: You can cancel/modify your order only if it has not been shipped. For custom orders that have entered the production stage, cancellation is subject to our cancellation policy, and non-refundable deposits may apply.

Q4: Are your portrait paintings suitable as gifts?

A4: Yes, our custom hand-painted portrait paintings are perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, or other special occasions. We can also provide gift packaging services upon your request (additional fees may apply).

Q5: Can I preview my portrait painting online?

A5: Yes. Before formal production, our artists will create a sketch of your portrait painting and send it to you via email for preview and confirmation. You can request revisions to the sketch until it meets your expectations.

Q6: Can you combine multiple photos into a single portrait painting?

Please provide all the photos you want to combine, along with your specific requirements (such as the layout, character positions, and background), and our artists will integrate them into a cohesive and natural portrait painting. Additionally, we attach great importance to your privacy; all reference photos (including those you provide for combination), personal information, and order details will be strictly protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy [Link], and will not be shared with any third party without your consent.

Q7: Can I request to add or remove certain elements or backgrounds in my painting?

A7: Yes, you can. If you want to add special elements (such as flowers, scenery, or personal items) or specific backgrounds, please specify your requirements when placing the order, and our artists will incorporate them into the painting. If you need to remove certain elements from the reference photo (such as irrelevant objects or people), please note this in your order requirements, and our artists will exclude them during the creation process.

Q8: Can I request special requirements regarding the style of my painting, such as a black and white portrait?

A8: Yes, you can. Please clearly state your special style requirements (such as realistic, impressionist, watercolor style, etc.) when placing the order, and we will arrange an artist who is proficient in that style to create your portrait painting. If you want a black and white portrait painting, simply specify this black and white style requirement when placing the order, and our artists will create it accordingly.

A9: Yes, all our portrait oil paintings are 100% hand-painted by professional artists. We do not use prints, digital paintings or any machine-assisted methods.
